Quiet, swank piano bar tucked away in the Halekulani. Fantastic drinks, snacks, and coconut cake. Servers and bartenders there are true professionals, and they definitely enforce the dress code. A nice change of pace from the generally hectic Waikiki hotel bar scene.

Ahh.. the classic James Bond type bar.

They know how to make proper, proper drinks. This is a decent way to start the night. I would know recommend more than 1-2 drinks here, if you plan on going out afterwards, that is.

The music is tasteful, although a bit before my time. I think the most refreshing part about this place is that there are still places in Hawaii where you can't help but dress up, lest you feel out of place. My date and I always are about 20-25 years below the median age at this place, but I guess that is to be expected.
