The good: A decently laid-out sports bar, with a wide-open feel and a good amount of seating. They have a pretty good internet jukebox and a couple of pool tables, in addition to a good smattering of HDTVs around the bar. The drink prices are decent, but a little high for the Smithfield area.
The not-so-good: The bartenders were not the most helpful. There are two bars separated by no more than 15 feet, but you can't have a single tab and order at both bars. When we switched seating near the opposite bar, the bartender at the first bar closed out my tab happily - but failed to tell me that the second bar was closing in about 10 minutes. So guess who had three tabs from N & N that night?
The downright bad: As the night wound down, one of the handful of people left was an off-work employee of the bar who was extremely loud and belligerent, attempting to start a fight with at least 3 of the other patrons. The on-duty staff did absolutely nothing about it. The "bouncer" was standing just a few feet away from him, but made no effort to shut him up.
