What a train wreck.  When I walked in and sat at the bar, the bad music was playing too damn loud.  Because of this, conversation was even louder, and I couldn't hear the person next to me or the bartender trying to take my order.  The bar-top was filthy.  No excuses for that.
I ordered a drink and looked at the menu.  The menu is a confusing mess.  For what it has become, the food is overpriced.  Poor value here.  Even their promotional dinners lack value.
The current state of this chain totally disgraces what they used to be.  You can do better.

Went to the 99 for a late dinner.  Ate at the bar and ordered a turkey club.  Was I disappointed!! They used to put real turkey breast meat in their club but now they just use deli meat.  If I'm going to pay $9.00 for a sandwich, I'd like it to have quality ingredients.  Can make a better sandwich at home.  Won't be going back in a hurry.  On a lighter note, my drink was good.

My husband and I sat at the bar a few weeks ago and had a quick lunch.  The food was sold, but the service was great.  Wish I could remember the bartender's name.  She was talkative, but not intrusive and very efficient.  After speaking with her, I learned that she has been with the company for a long time.  They should never let her go.

The "call ahead seating" number is always busy.  The only thing that separates the 99 from any other burger & fries joint is the call ahead seating feature.  Tried calling it last night for 30 minutes, busy, again, just like the last 4 times I tried to use it. Ended up at the Chinese place across the street which BTW is very good. Also Whippersnappers is a viable alternative to the 9's, and it is right across the street with plenty of parking.   This is also the same 99 that a waitress wiped out the balance on a gift card when asked to check it.  Anyone want to buy 200 bucks in gift cards at a discount? I'll never use them because I will never go to a 99 again

I never walk out of here feeling better than before I walked in. It's just barely a step up from the BBC. Processed food, untrained bartenders, decent service. Better off going to McDonald's.

Columbus Day holiday weekend, Sunday about 1:15, four of us were seated immediately, no wait.  Our booth had view of three televisions, two different football games and a Nascar race, video only, no audio to distract from conversations.  A bowl of popcorn was left for us to nibble on.

New waiter, only here for four days, ready and friendly to take orders for drinks.  Three drinks ordered, fourth one to be chosen later.  In a few moments our drinks were served, each one correctly to the right person.

He then took our order for appetizer. I was very disappointed to see they have removed coconut shrimp from their menu, and ordered honey mustard "gold wings" instead.  (This was after he checked with the kitchen to see if we could still order the shrimp, the answer was "Sorry, but no.").  The fourth drink came along with our appetizer.  And our main dinner items were ordered.

We (they) ordered a large chocolate dessert before dinner.  It was shared among the other three guests while I focused on the wings.  My first time with these wings, they did not look appetizing at all, but they were really very good.  The honey mustard combo was perfect, and although it said wings, they were boneless, more like fingers.  I liked that.  The dessert disappeared quickly, they all enjoyed that before the dinner.

My Super Burger was cooked perfectly, medium well, was fat, moist, not too juicy, tomatoes were fresh.  Fries were also just right, crisp outside, soft and firm inside. I asked for vinegar and two bottles of different vinegars were provided to chose from.  I selected the malt vinegar, and quickly made my french fries happy.  Even my cole slaw was good, and that is always a lucky shot.

The other three meals were all graded as just right.  Sirloin tips(rare, as ordered), Cobb salad, and  crispy chicken strips were on their plates.  During our meal, the waiter stopped by a few times to refresh drinks and check on our dining happiness.

My burger and fries, and the salad was finished, but we had to ask for doggy bags for the chicken, tips, and their fries, too much to finish (I told them not to have dessert first!).  They provided us with some styrofoam trays to pack ourselves.

This was a good experience, in and out quickly, attentive and polite staff, great food and environment.  Would eat here again if in the area.  (Please ask them to put coconut shrimp back on the menu).

I live in Londonderry, and whenever I go to the Ninety Nine, I drive to the one in Manchester. The wait to get in to this one is always over an hour, and it's never worth it.

Terrible!  The waitress could have cared less that we were there...and this was a Saturday at 3:30 so it wasn't busy.  My husband ordered the meatloaf.  The carrots were mush, someone dumped a TON of garlic salt into the potatoes and the meatloaf was ice cold in the middle...like it hadn't thawed from the freezer.  I had the macadamia crusted chicken which was served on undercooked crunchy rice with a yellow gelatinous sauce on top.  Overall... Horrendous.  We will not be back.

lunch choices are good, two of us had the turkey sandwich on Ciabatta bread, it was delicious. Waitress was fantastic, the hosts were friendly, it was an overall very satisfying experience.

The food has got a lot better here, in the past it would take for ever to get your food and there was usually a mistake, its like they have new kitchen help or something, started coming back and the last 5 visits the food has come out perfect. If u like to drink stick to beer there mix drinks r measured and there a rip off, probably making up for the 9,99 deals and there free kid meals when sox win and snow days, def got my face back in there

Sox win kids eat for free.  Food is typical of the chains, beers are always cold.  not a bad spot for a quick bite.  Not worth a long wait if that is the case.
