Was really looking forward to eating here. We arrived at 6:55 and it all went down hill from there. First I ordered a coke and the waitress brought me a flat non carbonated coke and when I addressed the issue to her she said she was aware of the issue and someone was coming to fix it well that never happened. Second, at 7:50 our order was finally taken which I think 55 minutes is way to long. While looking at the menu for 50 mins I knew for sure what I wanted to order but come to find out they were out of it so my second choice they were also out of luckily they had my 3rd choice. After finally getting our food and eating I must say the food was amazing but not with the hassle. We finally paid and left after being there over 2 hours. Our waitress acted as if nothing was wrong which upset me even more.

I mean, it looks like a nice place to have a bite to eat and grab a drink. As a local I gave it a number of chances, I didn't even want to be impressed, I was just looking for a new bar to hang out in.  Instead I got an undercooked burger the first time.  A measured watered down Screwdriver the second.  A few good miller lights the third visit ( you cant mess that up). And on my final visit ever I was served a dirty martini.... with water in it.... water... because i'm not one to complain I drank a few more beers with my friends and then left.  If management reads this I would recommend that you encourage your bartenders to consider using alcohol in your drinks. If you're from out of town and reading this, don't bother. You might as well eat and/or Drink at the Sheraton or MOE's.

Wow, what a disappointment. It was over 10 minutes after being seated before a waiter asked what we wanted.
We were there at lunch time but there was no lunch menu. We had to pay dinner prices at a Bistro!
The fish & chips cost $15.95 and when they came there wasn't even a side of cole slaw. The tartar sauce was thousand island dressing, what's with that? The waiter said that's the only kind they had.
The fish had a very strong flavor and the batter was an 3/4 of an inch thick all around.
    We won't be back.

If your wife is a princess like mine, be prepared to shell out some big money for dinner.  The prices are actually very reasonable, but my wallet is looking forward to going back there sometime with a friend, and not ordering several courses.  The food and service were both fantastic.  There aren't enough fine dining choices in Cuyahoga Falls and this is a welcome addition to our food lineup.  I really got the impression that the staff here are giving 110% to impress the customers and our city.

Had dinner at the new Office Bistro a few weeks ago. I thought everything was pretty great. Our server was awesome...a self proclaimed beer connoisseur. He backed up his knowledge as well, as he recommended some excellent food/beer pairings. He also recommended a few tasty cocktails for the ladies.

The Office Bistro has an almost 'exclusive craft beer' draft list, Yuengling Light aside. (our server and the manager also informed us they do not keep the same draft beers on tap for more than a week or two). They do offer some more well-known run of the mill beers in a bottle, but as a craft-beer kind of guy...I was loving the draft beer selection.

The food was very good. Our table had the Calimari, Stuffed Peppers, Braised Short Ribs, Scallops, Ahi Tuna and Lobster Mac & Cheese. No complaints, everything was very well received by our group. Our server recommended the wedge salads w/ their white french dressing. Appetizers, Salads, Entrees, Beers & Cocktails...everything was great.

Another nice note...a manager stopped at our table and chatted with us for a few minutes (about our beers mostly), we informed him how great our service was and how knowledgeable our server was with the beers & food at hand. I really enjoyed the service and hospitality...I will definitely be back for more.

Great ambience! Amazing food! Service could be better, but it was not bad. The food was well worth the wait anyways.

There was nothing amazing about our recent visit to THE OFFICE.  The misses of the trip seemed to far outweigh the hits.  Service was ok.  Food was pretty good though we did have to send back onion soup that was served luke warm.  We went for Sunday Brunch only to discover that the brunch menu was about 4 items.  We all just opted for sandwiches & soups off of the regular menu.  The biggest hits at the table seemed to be a bowl of chili and the french fries.  I would like to go back to try the dinner entrees.  I'm thinking our experience of underwhelm was more related to start-up issues of the new location.  While none of us in the group are freeze babies, the restaurant & restrooms were startling cool/cold.

Great interiors package! I love the variety of lighting, the fixtures, the finish materials & the layout- all very important to me.  They all blend to creative a lovely ambience.

The service was exceptional! Took my daughter here after her middle school band concert.  We ordered the stuffed peppers appetizer & split a reuben.  We were very happy with the presention and taste of the food.

I have been to the orginal location several times. I live smack down in the middle of both & would like to give more business to the new location.  I even contacted them about a private dinner party for my upcoming wedding.

Great for groups.  The bar seems lively.  Make a reservation if you don't want to wait!

    Valet & street parking!
