  If you're looking for fine dining you've found it. The menu isn't very large, but the food is fantastic. Large selection of wines and a full bar for anyone who would prefer a mixed drink. This place isn't cheap but it's well worth the money.

  Tulsa fine dining leaves a little to be desired, but Oui3 is about as good as it gets.  I would put it in the top 3 along with Stonehorse and McGill's.

  Ouida has opened her best yet- high energy decor, enticing and delicious food, interesting wine and perfect service.  Casual yet an elegant feel.

  It's always a thrill to have my high expectations overwhelmingly met by a brand new bistro. This is eclectic, bistro fare elegantly and joyfully prepared by an attentive, knowledgable staff. Idaho Trout was fantastic: Simply prepared, and packed full of clear stream flavor!
  
  Oui3 should be on everybody's list. It'd be a coup for any city, but it's a real coup for Tulsa!
