Pair 'a' Dice

Pair 'a Dice!!  Given it's proximity to the Horseshoe Casino just down the road, this kind of "ironic" naming is just what a place like this needs.  

It's a fun little bar if you're in a VERY random mood, or feeling like straying from the gambling mecca of Horseshoe for some more local flavor.  

The bar itself is small, but the atmosphere is really gritty.  It's situated amongst the smoke stacks of this part of NWI, some railroad tracks adorn the adjascent intersection, and the clientelle are good, hard working locals.  A warning: if you're from Chicago like me, you WILL stick out.  Not that this is a bad thing, but just realize that once you stray from the *relative* Chicagoan-friendly Horseshoe, you're in native territory.  Respect your surroundings.

Beer is cheap here, the music is kind of top-40 meets the occasional GnR tune.  Also, you can smoke in there, so it gets REALLY smoky.  

In my opinion, finding gems like this makes exploration pay off.  Destination bar?  Not really.  Fun discovery?  Absolutely.
