Can I mark no stars for Service. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life at a restaurant or any other business and last night I was by the owner (the older guy) and by his son (the younger guy with curly hair). They always have attitude, mainly the owner. The younger man at least says “sweetie” as he gives attitude so women. I’ve witnessed it, I’ve read reviews of people have been treated by them and I’ve heard about the owners having a bad attitude and I’ve experienced it myself. But I noticed last night that my husband or my guy friends have only been given attitude one time when they tried to split their check but besides that they have treated me as a young lady and my girl friends like crap. Last night I was trying to make an big order for carry out (8 of hot wings and 8 of hot wingers which are deliscius by the way) and the owner over the phone indicated they never do that and hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and he said “no manager here you’re talking to the owner what do you want?” I told him to please not hang up on me and he said he didn’t care and that my request didn’t make sense and was stupid and once again hung up on me. I called back and I told him that he was giving me attitude and disrespecting me for no reason because I was just simply trying to make my order and I broke down, very detailed, what my order was and I added saying that we all love their hot wings and hot fingers so he then said that he understood and told me to call in to order at 5pm if I wanted them ready by 5:45pm. I called at 5pm and his son answers and tells me I have to go in and make the order and pay first. Ok, I had no problem with that whatsoever, I just wanted to provide this food for my husband’s small bday party. I go in and as I’m making my order a lady wrote it down and he walked up to her turned his back to me and whispered something to her and she said ok walked away and then came back and told him the total and he said ok good. I gave him my debit card and he asked for my ID so I give it to him he looks at it, places it on the counter, runs my card and my card is declined saying my chip was not working. I told him I had just bought something right before going there and it had worked no problem. He took a deep breath, looked at the lady next to him and ran the card again. My card was declined and he threw my card on the counter and told the lady to cancel my order and teared apart and told my bye and ignored me. So get a text message from my bank asking me to approve it if I was making the transaction because of high risk of fraud in the restaurant and in the area. I approve and they tell me to wait 3 minutes until the block is lifted. I go back him and I tell him what happened and he called his lady worker by her name and yells out “that lady is here again”. I kept ignoring his attitude because I just wanted to order and I shouldn’t have but anyway, he ran my card and it worked and walked away. Because I didn’t want to see them again I asked 2 guy friends that were going to the party to pick up the order on the way. They told me that when they got there the guy was fine with them and asked them so it’s her husband’s party and they said and he was all cool with them. So this made me realize I think the owners have a hard time with women and treating them with respect. I don’t care if that’s acceptable in their culture but they don’t know me and they shouldn’t be disrespecting me or any other woman costumer in that way. They just have HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS, they should just run the restaurant and stay away from costumers! I told my husband last night you can keep going there but I’m not. I’m done with them.
