  I did not have any of the staff problems described on earlier reviews. Pretty standard Panera experience.

  The food is good and the service is fast... However they got my order wrong and the staff doesn't seem to know their products.

  Listen up guys....if you do not know what an ice latte is when it is clearly written on your menu.....and it takes 3 guys to figure it out...there is something seriously wrong with whoever trained you.
  
  It took them 3 attempts to get an ice latte right...at first, I got a frappuccino...second, I got some kind of a mocha drink...and finally, I had to explain...make espresso, put some milk, and pour it over ice...as simple as that.
  
  Two stars for the chocolate pastry and the ice latte (tasted good after 3 attempts).
  
  The final attraction was when I realized, after driving away, that I was overcharged. Grrrr!!
