My new spot. Â I eat pho one time a week somewhere. Â Pho 95 is my go to but I live closer to this place but didn't want to even go because Im so picky. Â Clean. Good.
Wow. Â Great broth. Â Fresh ingredients. Â Loved the chicken grilled with Sambal. Â The owner was all over the floor making sure everything was good and people were happy. Â
Been three times with family and not disappointed yet. Â Really creative new twists... make your own spring rolls, my kids love it. Â A great addition to South Denver Pho for you Pho fans.

Take it from a Vietnamese guy, this place is legit.  Learning to make good pho is like learning to play good golf.  You can't learn it from a book, because there are too many variables.  Recipes from California tastes difference from Denver (beef bones, onions, cinnamon, etc.), so the chef has to learn it through local trial and errors to get the ingredients and portions right.  This is the reason why a popular chains "Pho Hoa" will not taste consistent at all locations.  Pho Khang gets it.  I've been there a few times now before posting this review, the Pho is consistent and good every time.  I usually order Pho Tái Bò Vien, rare beef flanks with meat balls (relax, the hot broth will cook the beef in seconds).  Top off the meal with Cà fê Sua Dá (Vietnamese iced coffee) and you'll have a great day.
Review Source:First off, I am celiac and I was pleasantly surprised to see all the stated gluten free options available here! Â I had the vegetarian pho and my wife had the steak pho, we thought it was great and it didn't leave us feeling overly full. Â The broth they use didn't leave us with that "heavy" feeling we sometimes get after pho. Â All in all a great experience. Â The owner even came by and talked to us for a while to make sure everything was alright. Â My wife and I will definitely be back!
Review Source:Had lunch here a few days ago. Â The pho was GREAT! (I am a pho-natic, so I know my pho.) Â My friend had the Bun Bo Hue and she loved it! Â The little one had Shrimp Fried Rice. Â What a huge helping! Â It was fresh and tasty. (I had to sneak a bite!) The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive! Â We will be back pho sure!!
Review Source:Pretty good! Â This is where Pho Vy used to be but it switched hands. Â I like the new owners and food. Â Good place for quick lunch or dinner. Â Although the owner's changed it feels like the kitchen staff didn't because it tastes relatively the same. Â In the 2 times I've been since the buy/sell I sense the Pho has a little more noodles than before.
Review Source:This is THE BEST pho I have found in Colorado. That says a lot coming from someone who's lived in Oakland for the past 12 years. I didn't think it would be possible for me to fall in love with another Pho place until I found Pho Khang! Seriously, I'm not getting paid to write this. My co-workers and I eat here 2 or more times a week. The Pho Ga is epic. The new owners are kind and funny and always make us feel welcome. I really enjoy this place and I'm so glad I was introduced to it. I miss you Oakland but I've got a little bit of you here in Denver now...

I go out to eat a lot and have tried a lot of different Vietnamese restaurants. I have also eaten here several times and they have not yet disappointed me.
These are the dishes I have tried: combination grilled noodle plate, chicken wings, grilled salmon, thai tea, and the vietnamese iced coffee.
Combination grilled noodle plate - definitely a must!!! I was able to try different things in one plate and it was all good!
Chicken wings - super crispy and the dipping sauce was awesome! These are not the small size wings you get at buffalo wild wings. they are about twice the size!
grilled salmon - the sauce on it was yummy and the salmon was grilled perfectly! the waiter asked if i wanted it rice or the rice noodle. chose the rice noodle and it was the way to go
thai tea - not too sweet and just the right amount of milk for me :)
vietnamese iced coffee: was strong and is just what i needed with the condensed milk
New owner and manager was nice and welcoming with a huge smile! And the price is definitely reasonable. Will I be coming back? Definitely. This is not on my way but I will surely make time to come around!
