Prairie House Tavern

Service is quick and very friendly. Burgers are delicious. My favorite is the breakfast burger! Oh and try the 10 oz beer. :-)

Awesome dive bar right here in Buffalo Grove. You are bound to run into people from the past, especially if you went to Stevenson High School. I love coming here with my friends though, because it's a great place to catch up and have a few (very cheap) drinks. Seriously. Do they make money off these drinks?? Maybe it's just because the city is 3x more expensive, even though BG is a really nice area.  

The staff is super friendly and attentive. The music is great, not too loud where you can't hear each other. There are some games in the corner, and this place totally reminds me of the movies. It's the ultimate neighborhood bar!

Just what you want in a local tavern! My Black and Blue burger was very good, the chicken dish my Fiancé had was a little dry but she loved the sauce. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff and patrons were friendly.
