I was introduced to this restaurant by my friend and I was happy to have come there. The selection of drinks was a pleasant surprise. They have different types of soda, including watermelon and Haitian fruit soda (which kind of bares a resemblance to cream soda, but it's not as creamy.) My friend ordered passion fruit juice which smelled absolutely delicious. A selection of alcoholic drinks are served there as well. As for the food, it was my first time trying griot: (fried pork served with plantains, rice and beans), and I was not disappointed. I was surprised to find that on top of the ordered dish the food also came with a small salad which was served prior to the meal. The price for my dining experience was reasonable (only 9$, including the drink) and I would not hesitate to dine here again for another taste of the Haitian culture.
