This bar was always boisterous, and the proprietor was equally turbulent. She reminded me of a girl named Katie that dated my buddy Boone at Faber.

The bar is closed now, having been burnt down by minions and henchmen.

Another great 'dive bar' story from our resident writer, Kelly B. This one reminds me of scenes from Raiders of the Lost Arc and Casablanca. Both great stories themselves. Love the bitchy brunette who slaps him on his face. Too bad she didn't blow smoke in his face also. All he got was a sore jaw and no drink after all is said and done.
