  Amazing pancakes. Amazing ambiance. Amazing prices. Local color. So good, Im hesitant to recommend it for fear yelping d-bags will roll it and shit it up.

  We just had breakfast here. There was a line out the door. A tall man with a freshly pressed sleeveless shirt escorted us to our table and announced that he would bring us "table weapons" which were set out promptly in the classic French style. A woman who this tall man referred to as "Mom" walks faster and more elegantly than anyone I've ever seen. She breezed by the table carrying four plates of food, seven cups of coffee, and more table weapons. She offered to push our table as far into the corner as possible to ensure our comfort. They also encouraged us to take our time ordering so that we make the right decision. We noticed that the maple syrup was actually corn syrup which we believe was due to their emphasis on safety standards. After 30 minutes we ordered our food with the tall man and he offered to put all of the pre buttered toast on one big plate and put it in the center of the table to add to the authenticity of this communal style of country dining. To our surprise and delight we noticed a big display of taxidermy above our table. "Mom" galloped by in a charming way and informed us that the table should be pushed even further towards the corner for our comfort. To ensure that the breakfast conversations were uninterrupted, the kitchen staggered the delivery of our plates. That way, part of the table can eat and avoid talking with their mouths open while the other guests can be the speakers. Genius! In the interest of our health, refills on coffee are strictly forbidden here. Water in this beautiful area is unfortunately toxic due to the Nuclear Power plant and therefore the staff would like to protect guests from it by never allowing it. Because paying is optional, you only ask for the check if you want it. Otherwise they will not bother you with such trivial nonsense.
