Saint Rocke

Arrived early enough for Happy Hour House Band.

Parking: Street and a small lot. Free.

REMINDER: 21+ establishment

When we arrived we were greeted by the ROCKSTER doorman and the ROCKSTER manager. When I say greeted with a "welcome to SAINT ROCKE."

We paid a respectable $15 for the show and entered the casual, clean, spacious but personal stage area with barstools, tables, booths and seats facing a stage for the night's LISTENING ROOM for local talents. Seated at a high table by the bar we were GREETED by Bar ROCKSTER who said 'no waiting! Just tell me what you'd like!" She served us nice and quick and along with ROCKSTER server kept our drinks full, even mine as it was just soda or water for the night. Everyone is treated great.

Our ROCKSTER waitress came by and got our order and brought them out before the House Band had finished up for Happy Hour.

I never would have known this place existed or may just drive by it if I hadn't been in for a show. The sound from the performances is excellent, the food is appetizing and the staff/service is a 10!

Pointer: Parking can be a pain if you don't arrive too early but neighborhood isn't too bad to find a spot.

Food: The ROCKE BURGER on Hawaiian with sweet potato fries and sodas came hot and quick, if you like fries just order a second order and it'll come out fresh - one order isn't enough for two but the burger was enough to split.

This is based on the venue as a concert venue...

I think the overall set-up is a little tight and leaves the field of view as OK, not great.  If you are there early, or get reservations for the front, you will do well.  But, regardless, it's not bad by any means.  You can see, but it's a little tight.  Depending on the crowd and artist playing, it's an enjoyable experience.  

Basically, the artist is the attraction, and the venue is not a detraction.  

Plus, they have a great selection fo beers on tap.  Lots of craft brews.

I have never eaten here, so I'm not sure how the food would be.

great vibe- where i go to not see or be seen-
$1 tacos on tuesday and they are great-real street style with good amount of proteins- karaoke host is amazing- everything they do is just better- obviously the best for live music- wish they had more dinner menu and less bar food
service is good- although they dont smile that much but food comes out fast and that matters more to me
