The School II Bistro & Wine Bar

Weak wine list for a wine bar, and served warm. Food cold and not good. Ambience - none! Service poor. Sorry folks, but just don't waste your time or money.

I was sad about the service and the fact it had no music or background noise at all....Why didnt the owner "get it" everyone was seated so far away because of this. That made me uncomfortable- libarary like sound in there...However I wanted to love it!!! The decor is perfect, homey, food great but missing the extras for the price... They have room to improve but i really wanted to rate a 5! Sad about that, love a local business....

I am a local Chan resident and have tried really hard to like this place since it opened. Each time I leave disappointed and frustrated by the horrible service and mediocre food. May be great for a drink at the bar, but beyond that not worth it. Their sister location in Victoria is a much better experience.
