5 Stars for the renovated interior. Fantastic setting with indoor/outdoor lounge. Very "Southbeach-esque" with the white leather sofas and purple accent lighting.
Drinks are generous. Not watered down. Bartenders are attentive, and the hostesses are on point.
I gave this establishment a 2 star because although they advertise as an "Upscale Nightclub," they didn't follow through with the dress code guidelines to enter the venue. 80% of the guests were dressed appropriately, but there were too many stragglers allowed in compromising the integrity of the "upscale" feel wearing flip flops, sneakers, etc.
Also, my girlfriends and I were very disappointed in the music. ALL TECHNO!! BOO!!! ANDDDDD they were streaming satellite radio! What!?You could literally hear the commercials streaming "You are now listening to Satellite Radio..."!! We even overheard another table complaining that they yearned for more "Bump" (Hip Hop) and I heard that statement again in the ladies room from some girls gathering around the mirror trying to figure out how soon to leave because the music was so obnoxious! Even the Jersey Shore fist pumpers would
Oh, and one last observation: They had one solo go-go dancer. It was just awkward. It's like she was a lone ranger, and it didn't balance out the room. It was uncomfortable for everybody it seemed, like everyone was focused on this one performer?? Kinda strange. At least balance out the room with your "hype-men & crowd pleasers" with multiple dancers.
I really hope that "Seven" can amp up their music selection & wardrobe guidelines, because I'd really like to support this new local business and hope it turns into a hot spot!
