AWFUL customer service!!

NASTY! i just left there and I'm still upset. I ordered a salad at lunch and after the first bite was wondering why something tasted off. The second bite I had just tomato and lettuce and realized the tomato was rotten to the point where you could smell it.

The waiter came and I told him about it and even asked him to smell the tomato and he said sorry and took my plate. He then comes out with the bill saying he did 'creative accounting' as in 25% off. I did not get offered anything else on the menu or a fresher salad and I still had to PAY $12 for 2 inedible bites!

I have never been so disgusted more so with the lack of attention to managing an issue rather than the actual rotten tomatoes, which I would have actually been able to forgive. If I get sick Im coming back to use their toilets. I will not come back here otherwise.

Stopped in for Brunch, we had a slow waiter, and we waited way too long for our food, the hot dog is very huge.  My burger was tasty but nothing special.  The eggs Benedict were a little runny and the potato serving with the eggs was skimpy.  We had to ask for more water...and had to ask for our bill.....we won't be back.....and won't recommend.   Overpriced....
