Very good service.  That being said, the food was bland and plain.  But because some of their other dishes may be fantastic, I'll share my experience with the particular dishes I ate.  The egg drop soup had no flavor and wasn't much more than diluted chicken broth with egg.  The chicken broccoli was ok, not much flavor either but not bad.  The fried rice was completely flavorless, had barely anything in it (basically white rice with a little soy sauce and chicken bits).  But the worst was the egg roll that was deep fried for probably 30 minutes.  It was 400 degrees when it came to the table and looked like it was in a house fire.  I support local businesses, but this isn't the the place for me.

How am I the first person to review this place?!

It's the best "old school" Chinese in town - bar none. Located on the walkway downtown for decades, it's super cheap, has huge portions, and offers absolutely delicious food that will leave you wondering why in the heck you've been spending so much time at the host of disgusting buffets. It's a mom and pop place that is one of the last Chinese restaurants we've found focusing on quality and making really delicious food. I eat there at least three times when I come back to visit - it's that good.

The egg rolls and the homemade pineapple sauce are 100% addictive, and our favorite entrees include the almond studded War Shu Gai, Gung Bo Beef, Shing Lee Chicken, and Sweet Sour chicken. Sweet Sour Pork is just "okay" - but still better than most others offered by area restaurants. The crab rangoon is light, flaky, and crisp, and the chicken fried rice is a treat, even on its own. The fried wontons are average, but nothing super-special.  The owners love experimenting - so you can always mix things up.  My favorite custom order is the Garlic Chicken with a twist - by making it spicy and breading the chicken, and adding roasted cashews.  Absolutely divine.

The decor is a little upscale with nice lighting, but casual clothing is totally acceptable. They do a great takeout service as well.

The two owners play the role of the cooks, waiters, and hostesses, and cashiers - so be a little patient - it's all done with love. ...And did I mention the egg rolls??
