The decor was very nice (even though is in a strip mall) and the seating comfortable. The drinks were overall tasty, with one miss, and the menu offered the possibility of lots of sharing and experimenting with different flavored drinks.

However, the service was very, very bad. Waitress never came back after the first drink and I had to order at the bar. The bartender might have been intoxicated. Bartender and waitress were the only employees, there were only 11 customers, and they still couldn't keep up. However, I saw the bartender paying special attention to a couple of female guests while we wondered why we could get no service.

We would have stayed longer and drank more had the service been adequate.

Would probably only go back only if I had a way to know that the service has improved.

Best banana martini ever! Staff is really friendly and outgoing.

We stopped into Sin Tini the other night for some pre-dinner drinks.  I thought the décor looked a little sad, though that could be because bars are simply not meant to be seen in the light of day (kind of like when they turn all the lights on in Space Mountain ... all the magic disappears, and it just looks wrong).  We were also the only ones in there, and it just felt a little dead.

My Fuego Mango martini was delicious.  I especially enjoyed the Tajin rim on the glass.  The bartender was very friendly and took good care of us (well we were the only ones in there, so I would hope so, but it was still nice).

Martinis are about $8 each; a little high by El Paso standards, but not too bad when you consider all that goes into making them.

In summary, good drinks, friendly staff, pretty reasonable prices, a point off for atmosphere, but that might be better at night anyway.  I would return.

Sintini is not long for this world. At 9 on a Friday night there were 5 people in the joint. The bartender, while earnest,  looks like he's 12. Worst of all, I think they water down their drinks. I expect a martini to put hair on my chest. Sintini's drinks hardly had any flavor to them. Somehow I don't think the lack of bite is due to the quality of their rail gin, and the bartender was a bit freer with the wand than seemed strictly necessary given the ingredient list. Flavorless martinis are, well, a sin.

We waited here for food from Koze, next door, and it was pretty empty other than another couple. It was cool, though, because the friendly bartender explained the drink menu and pointed out the various large glass jars with different liquors and pieces of fruit or whatever it was being infused with (jalapeno, cucumber, strawberry...)

My jalapeno martini was awesome. It tasted like a spicy dirty martini, with some fresh cilantro that I watched him pull from the living plant on the bar. My wife had the "Victoria Secret," which had some kind of berry in it, and tasted like perfume to me, but she liked it enough to order another.

Definitely glad this place is next to Koze, as it's a great excuse to have an amazing drink while waiting for a take out order.

I have been going to off and on for the last 7 or so months.  I have to say, David (Bartender) can make a martini with the best of them, from anywhere.  There are many variations for those with sweeter or more daring tastes (try the cucumber-lemon martini - VERY NICE), as well as the more traditional gin and vodka varieties.  The prices are reasonable, the entertainment is good, and the bartenders are friendly, all around a nice place to spend part of your evening.

I'm a Sintini regular, to the say the least. I have seen the ups and downs, highs and lows. Right now Sintini is at an all time high. Their bartenders and solo waitress are what make this such an enjoyable place to be.

Thursday nights all Martinis minus the CEO are $6. Six bucks is what you pay for a beer downtown, it should be nothing. It does get busy on those days so come early to grab a table.

Not only is it a martini bar with an extensive menu, but they also have beers and make awesome bloody marys. The aim of Sintini is to create delicious and consistent Martinis that El Paso has never seen before. They're doing an awesome job so far.

Another plus, you can order from KOZE's sushi menu next door. Which means you can get some awesome food and drinks without the horrific dinner wait times of KOZE. Just ask them for a KOZE menu.

Bring your friends, and prepare to indulge yourself in what Sintini has to offer.

Sin Tini is a rarity in El Paso, it's a niche little place that makes great Martinis (although they could be a little stronger) for a decent price. On Thursdays they have $5 martini's and I think I've probably gone through 90% of their menu, they don't have one I haven't enjoyed yet.

This is not going to turn into the next big scene, it's just not the atmosphere to have a dance party or be packed wall to wall, but if you come with a few friends you can relax, have a few drinks, and enjoy yourself. It's basically a lounge, sometimes they'll have live bands play by the front door, sometimes they'll have alchohol sponsors come and host events, sometimes it's just you in there, Sin Tini is always a surprise and usually you can have a good time there regardless of your expectations.

Yay Sin Tini!  This place is AWESOME!  Seriously, they have Amazing deals!  $5 cocktails on Thursday, and we aren't talking well crap.  The whole menu but one drink is really only $5.  We couldn't believe it, then we ordered another round :)

Sin Tini is the lounge I always wanted El Paso to have.  Now we have it and it is SO dead.  I mean, I love the fact that I can go in and sit at the couch, but I would like more than one other party to be in the bar with us.

So, tell you friends, but not too many.  I do NOT want this place turning into the new G2!  That would suck.

This place is pristine and awesome as is.  I think you can also order sushi from Koze next door.  That may have just been for NYE, but they were doing it NYE.

I love the glowing blue bar!
