Skallywag Suds N Grub

Skallywag is what it is...  We have 43 rotating beers on tap plus another 25-30 bottles.  The concept behind it all is to just have a good beer selection along with a good variety of spirits to choose from.  We have two wines.. On tap.  A red and white.  Keep it simple is our take.  If you ever saw the property before the buildout, you would understand why the seating is the way it is... Perimeter seating. We want to keep it open so ppl can move around. The kitchen is very small and we are doing "food truck esque" food. Once we are out we are out... Southern Fusion Pub Grub...We aren't trying to be anything... Not just a beer bar, not just a gastro pub, not just a dive.  I consider us to be craft beer forward and we still serve the "big 3"....We are who we are. Plain and simple.  A place where ppl can gather.. Enjoy good suds and spirits and grab a quick bite.  Bottom line is we want ppl to mix, mingle and have a good time.  Don't over analyze and be pretentious.. We dont care what everyone else is doing....Come to Kemah to kick it.. We are Skallywags and we do what we do.
