Hooters

First time to visit in 7-8 years. Waitress was the only nice thing about the whole place.
Place is dirty and I mean filthy dirty. Food was disgusting, I would have taken blah ok on the food but we are talking the dogs wouldn't eat it. It's typical Sysco type frozen food dropped in a fryer. Managers will come around if your buying pitchers of beer but didn't want to have anything to do with us since we weren't happy with the food. And the female assistant manager has got to have the worse attitude of anyone I have ever seen in a place, yelling at the staff and calling them filthy names so everyone in the place could hear. Glad I can make a choice where I spend my $$$ and it wont ever be at another Hooters!

Went back for a Texans game and it was even worse than last time. Dirty with food on the floor under and around several tables, greasy crumb covered tables, No one bussing tables for like 20 minutes even though place was more than half empty. Lazy unattractive girls who really had no business being a Hooters girl.  No excuse for how dirty, rundown and unappealing this Hooters is. I love their food but I'll go to a different location in the future

Service is lacking.....45 minutes for a salad and a chicken sandwich.  When the food came the chicken was barely warm and the bread was so hard it wasn't  edible.  We told the waitress and instead of bringing us a new sandwich she brought us a plate with a new hard bun on it.  Granted it wasn't as hard as the first but any half brained nit wit could tell by picking it up it was too hard to serve.  This was the second time in recent months were it took us over an hour to get in and out in the middle of the day.  Management, cooks, wait staff...all need a refresher course.  Disappointing!
