I should state I am a bbq pitmaster so my review is a little cynical.

The meat is dry. This is dry style barbecue. They are relying heavily on the meat for the taste. It even says so on the wall when you walk in the door. You are going to need alot of bbq sauce and drink to eat the chicken or pulled pork sandwhich.

Rib tips are pretty good if you catch them on a good day. Usually they are tough and dry but the seasoning tastes pretty good.

Ribs, dont waste your money here. You are going to pay good money for ribs that you have to cut with a knife. I have had the ribs on 5 occasions thinking maybe I just got a bad batch. No, they are dry.

The sides are very bland. Except for when they had the Italian pasta salad. They cut that from the menu so go with the baked beans and mac/cheese.

NO FRIED ITEMS. NO FRENCH FRIES. This truly is a shame. I mean. Dipping fries in bbq sauce is just something most Indiana people grew up doing.

    Update:

Worked in Greenfield for 10 years. Went there as a last meal of sorts during my two week notice. Nothing changed. I even told the waitress my meat was very dry and all I got was "Usually its very moist". Not even a refund or offer of replacement :(

2.5- not bad, but not great

I've come to the realization that if you're not in an area known for a certain type of food, you're probably not going to find anything that amazing.  With that in mind, I've come to wither my expectations significantly.

Came here for lunch today with a few co-workers.  I was in the mood for some pulled pork, and I wasn't going to be denied.

This place is located behind a car wash, and has a Domino's Pizza attached to it (I'm not saying this is a good thing or a bad thing, just wanted to get the imagery going).  As my colleagues and I walked in, we noticed a very simple set up, nothing extravagant by any means- just your basic tables and chairs.  The decor had a "biker pig" theme to it.  They had a mural of pigs on motorcycles, and biker pig action figures.

The menu was pretty limited, but had the thing I was looking for- pulled pork.  They had sandwiches, plates, and full meals with meat choices of pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs and brisket.  I was tempted to get the brisket, but the server didn't really sell me on it.

I ended up getting a half pulled pork, half pulled chicken sandwich, with Mac n Cheese and chips.  The pulled chicken was juicy, though not very flavorful.  The pulled pork was ok, though I got bits of really overcooked/dried out pork and a freaking bone (do you know how much it sucks to bite down, full force, on a bone????).  Mac N Cheese wasn't instant, but had too much pepper.  Sweet tea wasn't sweet enough.

Overall- Again, I've come to expect being disappointed, so it wasn't that bad.  I dare say this is the only bbq joint in a 5 mile radius, so if you're in Greenfield looking for bbq, this is pretty much it.  Not worth a drive from any further out.

    Movie Star Rating- Steven Seagal

BTW- sorry folks, Chuck Norris has retired.
