The Social Bar Lounge

A clean dive bar with that seems to have been over run with the criminal type. I was here a few weeks back. I went to see my buddy who was working there(name and profession omitted, don't want these goons to come looking for me). The parking lot was full, but I'm sure most of the consumers at this plaza were inside the newly opened strip joint across the way. The security guard was cool. The dude that was standing outside talking to him, looked like trouble. Gang tattoos on his head=probably should lock my car doors. I waked in and said hello to my friend who joined me at the bar for a shot. The music was cool, the scene, seemed like a cholo version of roadhouse. Some outlaw motorcycle gang members flying "colors", some guys in football jerseys (this was a Saturday night) and homeboys just waiting for someone to accidentally bump into them. I struck up a conversation with the bartender. I thought she was nice, until she called out to one of her girlfriends by saying "aye foo" and began talking about how much she loooovvvves to smoke pot. Bummer.

After some time spent holding up the wall, I was about to leave when all these "homeboys" ran outside. I guess someone from another "barrio" was steppin on their turn. Lame. I waited until the coast was clear to avoid any unwanted bullet holes in my body. Paid my tab. (Tipped well, as always) and got the hell out of there.
If practicing your mad dog face and sneaking weapons in a bar inside your "old-lady's" purse is your idea of a good time, this is your kind-of place.

*OWNERS*
I inherited a bar, much like yours a few years back. Same problems. Couldn't get the clientele I wanted. The only way to clear the air is to book some god dam heavy metal bands. Make your place a venue for musicians for a while. They won't come back.

Great dive bar! The owner is usually around and really cool! Can't go wrong with any of the bartenders, myself I love Lori. Really sweet pours a good drink and hot! If you're looking for a laid back cool spot to get a few drinks and play on some nice pool tables this is the spot!

The family at ECC5 all love this place! Its always fun with great service here. The whole fam bam usually stops by after work to chill after a long day to bond and relax with some cold ones together. Everyone that works here is family and we will be coming here FOR LIFE! Stop by and check them out.
