Let's be real, we're talking south suburbs. It's slim pickins for good food for the soul or otherwise.  If you're  on the go, you're craving some down home treats, and do not feel like doing it yourself Soul to Go is the place. I personally do not like soul food restaurants because I can do the same and I'm a restaurant snob. I admit it. But, the food is good, well prepared, and a guilty pleasure when I claim to be on a diet. My only gripe, by the time I get there, most of my favs are gone, especially the Mac and cheese.
