    A very welcome change from the frat bars in Fayetteville.  Very friendly to us Fruit Flies and the Fruits we love;-)  Go for the great drinks, friendly service and dancing on their clean, almost NY-ish dance floor- with no bad rap, fist pumping anthems in sight!  FAB!

    In a brilliant managerial move which was probably messier than I can imagine, Speakeasy dumped the former DJ/owner and hired a new DJ.  No more hearing that same godawful remix of "Jack and Diane" once a night every weekend and lots more La Roux followed by "She Wolf" followed by MJ, and however that much more palatable combination of blog-popular, club-popular, and popular gets updated every week. Best of all, Darude only gets played as a tribute to irony.
