Spiros Pizza

First time through Chicopee and stopped by Spiro's a little after 1PM.  I was just looking for a slice.  The really nice guy behind the counter (who turns out to be the chief) said that he just sold the last ones but if I waited 10 minutes he would make more.  I said I wanted two slices with Mushroom and Onions.  He said usually it was just cheese.  So I said OK I ordered, sat and read the menu and sure enough it said "Cheese Slices.)
BTW nice atmosphere, clean, tidy.
Minutes later the chief called and said my two slices were ready.  I paid and left.  Once on the turnpike heading east I open up the really great smelling pizza box and to my surprise it looked like one half of a whole pizza pie and yes there was mushrooms and onions.  
They were really delicious.  Nice thin crisp edge pizza dough.  Just the right amount of cheese, sauce, mushrooms and onions.
I will make it a point to eat next time in Chicopee as there were several items on the menu that looked really good.
