Local tonight and had a gift card, probably wouldn't have tried it without that. Nice experience. Service was very prompt, somewhat due to our visiting on Sunday evening I imagine. Place clean and well maintained, but dated. Food was fine. We had the small plate prime rib with baked potato. Exactly as expected, classic food and well prepared. Salad that came along was a little wilted, no big. Recommended if you like an old, classic dinner out experience.
Review Source:Was there with a large group party at lunchtime last week and I don't know when I've had a ruder waitress. Â The outdoor patio is really nice with a great ambiance and the menu has some good items - anything with crab/seafood is bound to be very good. Â We arrived at 1:30, seated at 1:45 in empty patio and served food at 2:45. Â Slow kitchen and terrible waitress. Â I sort of feel sorry for the management, but then I think whose fault is it that a waitress feels free to say "I'm going to start with you and go around the table and everyone needs to be ready with their order because I can't be going back and forth" - we were shocked by our blonde drill sergeant. Then she ignored us, no refills, no asking if we wanted dessert. Â This is an example of what happens with mandatory large group gratuities - terrible service. Â I
