I just want to say that this place, "ain't like it used to be." It's really rather sad. I went to Steel City a couple of weeks ago to enjoy an old favorite. Well let's just say I'll be looking for another place to go for my cheesy meaty fix from now on. Not only did they give me the wrong sandwiches, which shockingly lacked in it's former deliciousness but I had to ask the cashier to put on gloves while handling my food after she had touched money. Big deal? Yes! We all know that money is filthy. Also, when I asked for the cook, who was wearing gloves, to make my sandwiches they simply took the contaminated bread and put it in the bag with the other rolls instead of discarding it so that no one else would have to eat it. They did make me two (incorrect) fresh sandwiches but it made me wonder what else they were doing when I wasn't looking. Overall, this experience left more to be desired.
