We spent a very nice evening at the Stonewood. Â The ambience for a strip mall restaurant is outstanding. Â They were fairly busy for a Monday night but the noise level was subdued. Â Our party of four all had steaks with the wives splitting a ribeye which proved to be enough for both. I had one of the best NY strips I have had in quite a while. Â It was cooked to perfection and was delicious and tender. Â The drinks we had were ample and the wines were halfpriced prior to 7:00pm. Â All in all a very satisfying meal. 'Nuf said.
Review Source:Spent the evening with good friends at Stonewood. Kristin was server, very friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. Shared Tuna and Bruchetta appetizers, took advantage of 2 for 1 bottle of wine prior to 7pm, and then ordered Grilled Shrimp N Scallops, wife had Steak, friends has entree salads. Everything was great, food cooked perfect, atmosphere relaxed and able to dine without feeling rushed.
Review Source:I had lunch here with my friend a few months back and it was awesome. Â I had the crabcakes and a salad. Â This time it was my husband, me and his son for dinner. Â I had crabcakes again, they had a slight off smell to it, Â and it looked like it was scooped with an ice cream scoop, Â I also had ahi tuna, that was awesome. Â My husband had a ribeye and mashed potatos, he loved them, but I thought they were just ok...our son had the filet and crab stuffed shrimp, Â the shrimp, ( I had one) was bland like hospital food. Â his steak, didn't even taste as good as us cooking one from costco. for (33 dollars you would expect better). The green beans still had the ends on them... I decided to order 2 dessets to compensate our lackluster meal. we had the brownie chocolate thing, forgot what it was called, it to was a little blah, and we had the orange cake, Â nothing so good to have again, only the ice cream was actually very good. Â won't be going back for a long time. 150 dollar bill for lackluster food. Â This is why we eat at home more. just not worth the money for this.
