    IHOP would have to improve dramatically just  to get to sucks !
    Terrible service,  staff on cell phones ignoring customers, filthy tables booths floor, and the buttermilk  cakes were worst ever. Only plus was waitress was at least friendly. Went in hungry - left hungrier.

    My husband and I ate here on Sunday. We ordered the eggs benedict and the colorado omlette  It wasn't anything to write home about but it was decent.  
    They were very busy but we didn't have to wait for a table and our waitress was friendly and attentive.
    They also had a balloon man there would be fun if you had kids.
