I'm a local. Used to eat here a lot but stopped when I ordered a salad and saw them make it without gloves on. Just grabbed up the lettuce with bare, unprotected hands! Chances were, they had NOT just washed those hands!
As for the food, it is very good. I never ate anything there that wasn't good. They just need to practice better cleanliness habits.

I should probably not review this restaurant, since I am not a Southerner by birth and do not appreciate the nuances of greasy fried cuisine.  However, I would only consider this restaurant in an emergency.
