Well, I thought I had found a place close to home that I would be a regular. Â I have gone there numerous times and mostly enjoyed it. Â Prices are ok. Â The food isn't bad for bar food. Â Most of the other reviews are spot on. Â But one thing that really just causes me to not want to go back is being nickel and dimed so much. Â You are charged for every little container of salsa, dressing, etc. Â To me, that does not say that my business is appreciated. Â The final straw was buying chips and salsa and expecting it to be unlimited chips and salsa. Â Is that unreasonable? Â And that was with a meal. Â The atmosphere is very laid back and pleasant. Â The waitstaff is usually nice. Â I understand that maybe to most this is silly. Â But being nickel and dimed like that is one of those little things that just bothers me to where I really do not want to go back. I would prefer to go somewhere where my business feels appreciated.
Review Source:This place is a great little local bar, always full of regulars. The staff here is very nice, and the drinks are good too. The food is so-so, mostly bar food but they have good wings and my dad loves the dry ribs.
They have quite a few tv's for watching sports, and a juke box for tunes, as well as a great patio. As someone else mentioned, it is a smoking patio so if you are a non-smoker that might bother you. They also have a pool table.
Kind of your average strip mall, local bar but I really love it.
Sunset Grille is a great little local bar serving really good food off a somewhat limited menu. Â That's fine with me because you don't have to do a lot if you do it well. Â IMO the Burgers & Tater Tots are great. Â They use high quality beef and will cook the generous sized patties anyway you like them, including medium rare.
They have an energetic staff and service is friendly. Â The patio/deck is nice, but smoking is allowed and it can be overwhelming for NON-Smokers. Â They have multiple HDTVs and a pool table inside. Â The best part is, we always seem to meet fun people at the bar.
They are consistently offering coupons in the ValPac and are also participating in http://www.DineDealer.com. Â Parking is somewhat limited at the end of the center, but there are usually extra spots beside the storage warehouse on the west side.
