Always a great place for happy hour. Best specials on appetizers and flat breads, and wine and beer and well drinks.   Makes great dirty martinis with blue cheese olives!

Went for dinner on a Friday night and amazingly was busy but not packed and we got a table on the patio right away.   The waitress was a little slow coming back after we "needed a minute" but was great after that first hiccup.  Locals know you can order an off menu soup.... mushroom & brie soup.   Really good if you like mushrooms.   Brie makes it creamy but not too thick.
I had the Mediterranean salad with ahi tuna... tuna was cooked just right (or not cooked as should be the case) and the salad was not over powered by the dressing.
Got the chocolate fondue after and was perfect for 2 even 3 people.

Live music (guitar singer) on Friday made it a little loud inside.   But good if you are looking for live entertainment.

Runs a football pool that seems to be popular.

My boss took me here last week for a work lunch. The server was kind and attentive.

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken flatbread (grilled chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, fresh mozzarella, smoked gouda, caramelized onions and celery). The chicken was cut into easy-to-eat pieces on the flatbread. The buffalo sauce was not spicy but tasty. I would have preferred a little more spice. The caramelized onions added a good amount of flavor. The mozzarella was not very fresh tasting but was not bad. The smoked gouda was yummy. I really enjoyed the celery bits. They added a good texture.

I also got a side salad - the Artichoke Goat Cheese salad. It was a delicious salad. It came with baby arugula, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, caramelized onion, artichoke hearts, goat cheese and a raspberry-pecan vinaigrette. The vinaigrette was flavorful and complimented the goat cheese very well.

I would go here again for lunch but likely not for dinner.

the menu presented was stained and dirty! bad start.
the food was mediocre at best, the server was nice, the manager was nice and listened to my complaints.
I hate to see local independent place not do well but this place is probably soon to be on life support.

Ok this is a hard one. I wish I could give 3.5 but choose to round up.  We had lunch. The staff was great; the hostess being friendly and our waitress- Alex- was as cute as she could be, knowledgable about the menu, friendly and accommodating.  The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
We ordered and the food came out quickly. My husband had the pepperoni flatbread and while it tasted good, it wasn't crispy. We were told to order it extra crispy if we want crispy. Odd, but good tip. The Mediterranean salad was soooo good. Very full of flavor in every bite- fresh parsley, lemon, olive tampanade, cucumbers, red peppers and tomatoes. I almost ordered the half size but glad I stuck with the full size.... Not only because it was great, but it compared to a half size elsewhere.
My husband was turned off by the  use of "Kobe" in the descriptions when it should be "Kobe style," but definitely not Kobe. Being foodies- we know the difference in taste and price. The details get him. Also, the outside wall mounted TV being hung with the stand on it was odd looking.
I really liked my salad and his flatbread was good but I guess my biggest turn off was the $21 bill before tip for lunch of a small salad and flatbread. We had water because we prefer coke products. I felt like the prices were to pay the rent.
    Ill probably go again sometime.

We came in here for drinks after dinner elsewhere and it was so much fun.  The bartender was super chatty so we had a fun conversation with him.  They also had some live music so it was great to be able to unwind here.

I want to come back sometime and check out their food.  The desserts looked completely awesome....so maybe I'll eat dessert for dinner??

The decor here was very nice as well.  I was surprised that there weren't more people having after dinner drinks in their bar area.

While I wasn't a super-fan of Urban Flats, I was curious what Table 1 would offer that was so much different. Definitely enjoy the wider variety of menu options. Agree with Katie C. that the decor is warmer than the previous incarnation.

Shared the Parmesan bacon fries as an app and ordered the ahi tuna poke app as my entree. Both dishes were perfectly sized and quite tasty. Love the new skinny plate presentation.

While I was not a frequent patron of Urban Flats, I can see myself spending more time at Table 1

I went to Table 1 upon a recommendation from a friend. It was a Tuesday night and it was just after 8pm and we were just looking for anything since we were hungry.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Table 1.

They have a wonderful atmosphere. Nice cozy and softly lit restaurant with smooth dark tables. Definitely a go to place for date night or a relaxing dinner.
Only downside to ambience is if you sit in the restaurant close to the bar. The brightness from the flat screen TVs contrast against the coziness of the restaurant. So if you want the full experience sit away from the bar.

We had a Caesar salad (can't mess that up) and Italian sausage and tomato flatbread. I am a pretty tough pizza critic, but I have to say this was the

    BEST FLATBREAD PIZZA

I have had in ponte vedra/JAX beach area. The sausage and tomatoes and seasoning all blended together for a melt in your mouth meal. I shared pizza with my friend (size was between a typical small or medium pie).

Table 1 also has a variety of starters, salads, entrees ranging from seafood to chicken to pasta to burger to flatbread pizza.

The hostess, server, and busboy were all warm and welcoming. Nice quick service.
Only reason it didn't receive 5 stars was that it was slightly overpriced.

Lastly, they had a large (but not crowded) amount of people in the restaurant at 830pm on a Tuesday night. If they are doing this well on a Tuesday night, this establishment will be here to stay for a long time.

Main point to take away from this review is that table 1 is a very good establishment with a cozy atmosphere, welcoming waitstaff, and wise variety of mouth watering dishes. Definitely recommend a visit!

I attended the friends and family soft opening of Table 1 on Friday night, and I'll use one word to describe the former Urban Flats of Ponte Vedra...

    UPGRADE!

From the revamped decor to the suped-up menu, Table 1 had me saying Urban who? The new, more open feel was created by lowering the walls of the booths which previously separated the bar from the dining room. Nice touch. The colors and lighting are much warmer and more intimate now too, creating an atmosphere perfect for a swanky happy hour or idyllic date night.

Oh, and the food? Phenom. We started with the Ahi Tuna Poke appetizer, a dish I'd had in the Urban Flats days. It was decidedly different this time around, and I noted with pleasure that chunks of fresh avocado had been added to the recipe along with a scrumptious little scoop of seaweed salad. The chunky tuna was tossed in a tasty soy glaze that made all the flavors pop with a tangy freshness. Divine.

For my main I had to try the Tropical Shrimp Flatbread, which featured Mayport shrimp with chorizo, pineapple, onion, and peppers finished with a chipotle sauce and scallions. As you can imagine, this little crisp promised a kaleidoscope of flavors, and it did not disappoint. The shrimp and pineapple were both fantastically fresh and crisp and blended harmoniously with the salt of the sausage and sweet carmelized onions; a 'za with zing for sure.

Unfortunately for this sugar lover there was no dessert offered at the soft open. (Or should I say fortunately?) This, along with an abbreviated menu, was part of an effort to keep things simple in the kitchen as the staff worked to master the new menu. I don't know what other tricks they were pulling back there, but they were working. We loved all our food, and the restaurant as a whole seemed to be taking on the sizable soft open with the ease of a well-oiled machine. I will absolutely be returning.
