Always a great place for happy hour. Best specials on appetizers and flat breads, and wine and beer and well drinks. Â Makes great dirty martinis with blue cheese olives!
Went for dinner on a Friday night and amazingly was busy but not packed and we got a table on the patio right away. Â The waitress was a little slow coming back after we "needed a minute" but was great after that first hiccup. Â Locals know you can order an off menu soup.... mushroom & brie soup. Â Really good if you like mushrooms. Â Brie makes it creamy but not too thick.
I had the Mediterranean salad with ahi tuna... tuna was cooked just right (or not cooked as should be the case) and the salad was not over powered by the dressing. Â
Got the chocolate fondue after and was perfect for 2 even 3 people.
Live music (guitar singer) on Friday made it a little loud inside. Â But good if you are looking for live entertainment.
Runs a football pool that seems to be popular.
My boss took me here last week for a work lunch. The server was kind and attentive.
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken flatbread (grilled chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, fresh mozzarella, smoked gouda, caramelized onions and celery). The chicken was cut into easy-to-eat pieces on the flatbread. The buffalo sauce was not spicy but tasty. I would have preferred a little more spice. The caramelized onions added a good amount of flavor. The mozzarella was not very fresh tasting but was not bad. The smoked gouda was yummy. I really enjoyed the celery bits. They added a good texture.
I also got a side salad - the Artichoke Goat Cheese salad. It was a delicious salad. It came with baby arugula, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, caramelized onion, artichoke hearts, goat cheese and a raspberry-pecan vinaigrette. The vinaigrette was flavorful and complimented the goat cheese very well.
I would go here again for lunch but likely not for dinner.
