Taco Bell

Trip #1 About a week ago we went into this TB and it took way too long to get our order and then when we got it it was wrong. Hubby ordered a potato burrito but it came out as a soft taco. When he went up to get it fixed he got attitude for it. Not cool, if they'd get the order right the first time no attitude would be necessary. My daughter and I were done eating by the time hubby made it back to the table with his correct item. We just assumed it was a complete fluke as weve never had issues at this TB before. Well ...........

Trip #2 Went in tonight for a burrito and waited way too long as people that arrived after us were given their orders. The explanation was that our order had accidentally been  given to someone else along with whatever their order was.  I'm not sure what's recently changed at this TB but they aren't as fast or as efficient as they use to be. It looks as if they've had a turnover of employees and might be struggling at this time. I'd recommend avoiding the lobby, just go through the drive thru because that seems to be where their focus is. I sure hope they get it together as they are the nearest TB to our house.

We were also disappinted to find out they've discontinued the Fire Roasted sauce packets.

I'm in love with their new sauces!
