In KW for vacation and popped into this bar...looked like a cool place to get a drink. Â We walked in, sat down and watched the bartender stand and talk to, what looked to be another employee, for 10 minutes! Â There were only 2 other patrons in the bar.. Wonder why? Â It was about 3:30-4:00 Monday afternoon 6/24/2013 and the bartender was a petite blonde. We promptly decided to go spend $75.00 at another bar. Â Oh and as we left, she says, "Y'all have a good day!" Â Really?
Review Source:This bar is totally cool! It has great music, several really large televisions ( for sports fans) and good drinks! Mix in a pool table, peanuts (you can throw the shells on the floor) and you have a good time in paradise! It is off the beaten Duvall Street path by being one street over and that is great. Rest assured there is still plenty of people watching from the big windows. We have been in Key West 2 nights and both have been at least partially spent at this bar watching The Cowboys lose to the Redskins ( bummer) and LSU play Clemson in a yet to be determined bowl game. I would say that the way you determine true Bardom is whether they serve food and this bar has no food except for peanuts! There are plenty of other restaurants around that serve food but if you want good music, and you love sports then this is your place in Key West!
Review Source:We love this bar! It's not overly big, but it has a great open air vibe and doggies are allowed in! The guy who owned Cowboy Bill's now owns this bar and it has the same great vibe! It's a little off the beaten path too, so it's a nice place to grab a beer and not deal with a huge crowd!
