Food was good. Great location and the service was awesome!

I don't know what's up with the negative reviews..  This place is rather hidden-gemish if you ask me.

There's a long menu of interesting gastropub-style deliciousness to be discovered at Tavern.  For an idea of what you might see on the menu, here's what my friends and I sampled:

-  Fried pork belly chicharron with lime & cholula mayo - $6
-  Veal & foie gras burger - Parmesan, truffle mayo, fries - $19

The service is quick and friendly, and the pricing is reasonable for what you get.  There's a full bar, and it's located right off the main Park City strip.  I'm a fan!

Went last night. I think was maybe the 8th time. Since our first visit it has been progressively worse. I agree with most other reviews. The waitstaff have been polite most times but very inefficient,the food last night was terrible,bison pie very salty,beet salad advertised with basil showed up with arugula and when confronting the waiter I don't think he knew what either was. As we left I noticed table one was closed and assumed the chef is on a vacation and the kitchen staff is drunk driving. I really want this place to make it but I don't think it will. Call bar rescue ASAP. I won't be back for a long time. Park City has way better options.
