You cannot ask for better service.  Sweet, attentive, and genuine service!  I was there with a group of friends.  Half of our group were Thai Lanna veterans, and the others were virgins.  Our food was absolutely incredible, as always.   Don't miss this gem!

I was in town on business and grabbed a carry out order.  I walked in, ordered, paid, and while I waited they brought me a glass of water. I always like that.  I got Shrimp Pad Thai with tofu, spicy, extra egg, extra peanuts.  It was good.  It was what I expect out of any Thai restaurant not in a "Thai Town" or in Thailand.  The ladies working were very nice and polite.

We had the drunken noodles which tasted like they just poured sweet and sour sauce on top of the noodles and limp veg. We also had the massaman curry which was was bland.  The tofu in our curry hasn't been cooked. The chicken wontons had hardly any chicken in them. Please, if you want good Thai, don't go here and drive 20 extra mins to Siam Square instead. If you're looking for bad Asian-American junk food, this is the place.

Staff is very nice and helpful and the food is good. There are some days that food is a bit spicier than others, but overall good Thai food.

Everyone in AVON, has no idea how good they have it, with this Thai Restaurant...Im so glad I live in Chicago and only visit this restaurant a couple times out of the year...I know I would eat here once a week.
The Thai Salads are really good and the pad thai is the best I have ever had. I don't know what they use to make their dishes, but everything is just so good.  If you have not check out this place yet, do! You will not be disappointed. You can dine in or carry out. I've never actually dined in, but the restaurant is very clean, and the waitresses are very nice.

I give it a 3/5 because it's great food, just not always timely. It's starting to grow on me though. I just have high standards with Thai food. Very good though.

Excellent lunch of drunken noodles with chicken.  The soup they served with it was tasty, somewhere between the chinese hot and sour meets egg drop soup ... but the spring roll was greasy and dry.  Would've much preferred a fresh cold spring roll.  But that won't keep me from going back.

Good lunch spot.  Prices seem a bit high for dinner.  Very large menu.  The drunken noodles are the best I've had in awhile, and the fried stuffed eggplant appetizer is to die.  Portions are sizable, even for lunch.

I love how Thai places have certain things in common, like this place was playing the same cd of instrumental versions of cheesy soft rock love songs that we had at a Thai place I used to manage.

LOVED the food, until we saw them recycle the rice off of the tables...we saw this happen three times.  The rice they brought out for the table to share (which we all did directly out of the rice pot) was taken back into the kitchen and put back into the rice steamer.  Disgusting and completely unsanitary.  It is such a shame because we were really excited to have a delicious Thai restaurant so close to home.  But now we will never go back.

My girlfriend and I stopped at Thai Lanna on the way to the airport.  We definitely know good Thai from many experiences in San Diego.  We ordered the pad Thai, panang curry and the drunken noodles with the spring rooks for an appetizer.  It was a perfect amount of food for four people.  The group favorite was the curry, but all dishes were a hit.  I have had better pad Thai for sure, but my dad/step mom who are Thai food rookies loved their experience!

Lunch features lots of choice for $6.50. I had the "Thai chicken noodle soup" spicy, it was well prepared and very flavorful. I'm going back again to try more dishes.

Like the other reviewers I looked forward to the opening. My experience with the lunch specials was anticlimactic at best. The items offered on the menu with your entree were no longer available and in it's place was an uninspired watery onion soup. The entree itself was also not exeptional. I am a big supporter of independant restaurants but I can't defend mediocrity. Please get another Cook and start over cause this area needs the variety.

Took the family to Thai Lanna for an early dinner. The service was quick and attentive and the food was very good. I ordered Massaman Curry with Chicken and asked for it Hot. I loved it. Wasn't too hot for me but I like spicy food. I'll be going back for more.

This is an excellent Thai restaurant.  The food is very good.

I should note that the wait staff is still learning the ropes, as service can be a bit flaky at times.  However, they make up for any shortcomings with their friendliness and great food.

Worst place ever. I asked server if she knew of or can call a taxi so i can get back to hotel. She said ok and a few mins later a guy walked up no uniform, no name tag. No intro and he said "YOU ORDER A CAB?" so i thought it was cab drvr. (mgr brent) He said "we dont do that" "who do you think you are and what makes u think that you can ask for a cab?" "Did u pay yet?. You need to pay and get out right now before i call the cops and have u kicked out. Do you understand what im saying?"seems that he thought because i had brown skin that i was a stupid foreigner. I asked to speak to owner and was denied. Ive never been so humiliated in my life and cannot believe i was treated this way.I then walked outside in cold and down the street to applebees where they were more than happy to call a taxi for me. Thankyou applebees in Avon.

I have been dying for some Thai food since I moved here from San Diego 2 years ago. This place was wonderful! I had Tom Kah Kai, and was so good. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. I will definitely be back:-)

We were also very excited to have some variety on the West side of Indy, so we gave them a go and were not let down.

Had the spring rolls and chicken satay skewers for appetizers - dips included were very tasty, and my 2 year old loved them.  Meal also came with a very interesting but enjoyable sweet & spicy cabbage side salad.

For the main course, I had to try a curry selection so I went with the Green Curry with chicken at medium heat.  Very delicious as well, but I could have done with a bit more heat.  My husband's dish was actually the opposite.  He ordered a noodle dish with chicken at mild and it was a little too hot for his liking (I enjoyed it though).  Thinking they may have mixed the two heat levels up . . .

Overall good experience - wait staff was very attentive, water glasses were kept full, and it wasn't too pricey.  We will be back soon!

Finally! An entire restaurant dedicated to Thai food on the West Side!!!!

These were my first thoughts. I even waited patiently (maybe impatiently) for it's grand opening. I damn near stalked the place waiting for it to open. So, finally I had time to stop by this weekend with my one and only true love. Here's the run down"

Environment/surroundings/decor: there's a few tapestries on the walls, but nothing spectacular. The walls are white (or some bland/boring shade of it) which isn't typical for a Thai restaurant. It's pretty small. I'm guessing 20 tables, maybe? Probably less. It's pretty cramped, as they have clearly attempted to make the best of a small space. In addition, there are tables DIRECTLY in front of the door when you walk in. A huge turn off for me personally, especially in the frigid cold of January.

Service: decent. We were there on a Saturday afternoon when it was fairly busy and we still received refills and our food came out lightning fast, which leads me to what you really want to know about.

Food: mediocre, at best. Do yourself a favor and skip the appetizer soup. It's quite offensive smelling and tastes even worse. I ordered the yellow curry with chicken, a classic in Thai cuisine. I was not impressed, nor was I appauled. The base was as thin as water and tasted like the ever popular coconut lime soup that is popular in many Thai places. I ordered it medium, and the spice was perfect. My partner ordered a noodle dish, the name has escaped me. However, she ordered it hot and WOW did she ever get what she asked for. It was ridiculously hot!!! As a side note, it appearsed and tasted as if the spice used to light her mouth on fire was crushed red pepper. Strange.

Overall: decent. I'll go back and give it one more chance. The true test will be the pad thai.
