I had the pleasure of being introduced to this place, and it's owner, a few weeks ago through friends of ours who had fallen in love with it. We only went for a few hours on a Saturday night, but we could see the personality of the owner and the patrons shine through.
The establishment is small, with a long bar down the length, a few tables set beside it and a space for a band in the back. The band that played the night we were there was talented and just loud enough to let you know you're out for the night. There's a pool table up front, and a host of people hanging at the bar when we arrived at 8 I would have deemed regulars. But our friends let us know that there seems to be a different crowd in here every time they go.
The beers are cold, on special occasions, they'll make a special jungle juice cocktail, and the food was pretty great for a bar.
I'd say stop in for a couple some night. You'll get great service, and probably a few stories. If the mood's right, you just may stay all night!
Love this dive, it's the best bar in town. The owner moved to a new space a few doors down & wow - what an incredible upgrade. Live music, jukebox, karaoke, fund raisers, special events, good for every & any nite of the week. There's TVs to watch your favorite game & a pool table so you can play your own. Also added delicious HoMeMaDe food and the best part of McTullio's are the prices. Affordable, delicious and fun - a must check out to enjoy. Oh! And an outstanding staff, feels more like family & friends.
