Lotsa Pasta Restaurant & Lounge

When I went here for a family dinner the service was terrible and after waiting an hour and a half for the food it was barely even room temperature.

I have lived in the area all my life and have been going to Lotsa Pasta for many many years.  I had not been there in quite some time and I thought I would try it again.  Well I will ever go there again.  The main problem... I ordered spaghetti and meatballs for $10.95.  When I got the bill the charge for my meal was $13.95.  I of course asked the server why the difference in price.  Well because I asked for a "substitution" in the type of pasta, they charged me $3.00.  What a joke.  When I placed my order said I would like to have the Spaghetti and meatballs.  I asked,  "Can I have angel hair?  She said yes.  She never mentioned an additional charge for the type of pasta a ordered.  I have never been charged extra in an Italian restaurant for a different type of pasta.  It is just wrong.  The pasta was tasteless and my friend's eggplant parm was cold.  All in all it was a huge disappointment.  At least I went there again to try it, and now I know I will never go again.

No Stars!!!!! The service was awful, our waitress acted like we weren't even her table. The food didn't come out for an hour, and when it did it was HORRIBLE! We complained to the manager about the wait and the food took another 15 minutes to come out lukewarm! There were a number of tables around us who experienced the same thing, we talked to them and they were all getting the same treatment. I spoke to the owner and all he gave was attitude, not concerned with customer service at all. We had also ordered a meal to go for my girlfriends son at home and it wasn't ready when we were ready to leave and they refused to take it off the bill until we requested to see the owner again. I will never go there again! It is a waste of money and time!
