Tir Na Nog Irish Pub & Restaurant

Usually good live music with a good mix of people.

My friend and I arrived after the lunch rush so it was pretty dead, but I really liked the decor and ambiance of what seemed (since I've never actually been to Ireland) like an actual Irish pub.

The menu is a pretty green color (my favorite) and easy-to-read. I had the veggie reuben which was actually really good. Since I stopped eating meat, that means no real reubens, but this "fake" reuben satisfied me instead. What's really cool about this restaurant is that they really and truly cook. Their recipes and creations are unique, they bake some of their own bread, AND grind their own meat for burgers. The quality of their food is great, and, for lunch, it'll get you full for a reasonable price.

After skimming through a few other reviews, I guess TIr Na Nog has some fun events going on at night, so I'm definitely coming back for dinner!

Tir Na Nog?  Yes, please  If you want to go to a very familiar but never been here, friendly, diverse crowd with great drinks and fantastic food, then get moving and get to Tir Na Nog NOW!  We walked in on a Saturday night and it was still early - there were enough people here to make it feel like we were somewhere, but not so many so it felt overwhelming - Cheryl was at the front desk and was incredibly helpful - gave us a map of the area and escorted us to the bar - ask for MAY - she is, by far, the BEST bartender I've ever had - and I've had some awesome bartenders people.  MAY gave us food and drink recommendations and was prompt, friendly and fun!  Gave us great recommendations for a couple of places around there too!  Tell her Peggy & Diana sent you and go get a drink and come hungry!  Are you still here? :o)
