We had a group of twenty or so come to Trails End Taphouse for dinner after our wedding rehearsal which was nearby. Although they don't take reservations, the staff had set up a long row of tables for us in the corner of the restaurant prior to our arrival time. On top of that, the staff even had hot appetizers on the table waiting for us when we got there. The dinner went perfectly and the food was great. The artichoke dip was amazing.

A special thank you goes out to Tyler and Ace who worked with us to provide kegs for our wedding in Snohomish. They were easy to communicate with and even brought the kegs ICE COLD to our wedding venue the day of our wedding and picked them up afterward. It was one less thing to have to worry about and added another positive element to our day. Do small business a favor and get your kegs here over places like BevMo and Total Wine.

I used to play soccer here?

Yep, but what a great remodel.  Small but nice patio.  The food is excellent and the beer selection is awesome.  They have a good selection of beer that is set and a large rotating selection that maybe rotates too often.  Just when I find a beer I love it is gone a couple of weeks later.  The house made potato chips are perfect and we ALWAYS start there.  Pizzas are very good and all of the food is spot on. Great addition to this wonderful little town.

28 beers on tap,  1 cider. So it's a good thing the cider is good.

Fresh made potato chips, and chipotle nuts. Great appetizers. Server was friendly but not beer knowledgable.

Came here on the spur of the moment.  Did not realize there was a place to eat here.  Although it claims to be a pub it lacked the burgers to back that claim up...The pizza is here and then it goes to some fare that wouldn't exactly be pub fare...The pork chops and lemon garlic chicken are a step above pub fare.  The execution of the main entreee was great.  Even the potatoe sides really rocked.  However, the vegetables were really lacking and so thinly cut they were almost cardboard like upon serving.  The mushroom sauce on the pork was thick.  However, it was tasty and complimented the pork.  The potatoes really rocked here.  Tried the house made chips and they were delicious!! Wish they did burgers here.  Will be back though....had a good time.

The BEST Salmon I have ever had. Great appetizers! The young man who owns it is amazing, comes around and introduces himself, very well invested in his business and his employees. Have recommended this to everyone I know!

Wow.  Had great experience every time I have been here. Good food good beer and good service. Today they missed the mark. Not sure what the problem was but bad service and slow food. Raw steak as well. I saw several guests filling their water and we grabbed our own menus. Maybe it was because we were outside?  Well we did almost wait for a kids pizza for 45 minutes that came out with out app. Our entrees finally showed up later but by then I asked them to bag it. Getting cold outside and 5 year old done. Well maybe I should be grateful that the manager came out and comped us our app and the kids pizza. What about the obvious small Togo salad and the fact that we had to change it to a Togo order. Very disappointed. I have had great service and good in the past.

We had our wedding in Snohomish last weekend and had Trail's End Catering (new part of the business) as our caterer and we loved it!  We had gone through 4 other caterers before booking Trail's End, and we are so glad that we did.  The one thing we most definitely had to have was mac n' cheese.  I know you're thinking, "How can you screw up mac n' cheese?"  but trust me, plenty of other caterers disappointed us!  But not Tyler and his team at Trail's End...the mac n' cheese was the highlight of the night!!!  Our initial tasting with Tyler was also better than expected.  He was so easy to talk to, honest, and truly delivered with our food options.  Our wedding buffet was a great reflection of the delicious-ness of the Trail's End Taphouse and Restaurant.  From the bacon stuff mushrooms, to the grilled salmon....mmm!

My only reason for not giving the full 5 stars was the rehearsal dinner...I'm not going to complain too much because part of the booking was having the rehearsal dinner on the house (yay!), but we had about 20 people in our party for the rehearsal dinner, which was confirmed prior, and I was under the impression we would be in our own banquet space.  But we were actually seated in the restaurant, which was 7pm on a Friday night, so it was packed!  Thumbs up for being packed though, that speaks for itself!  But it was pretty noisy and not very intimate so we could barely hear each other.  Other than that, we were very pleased with our experience working with them and we would still highly recommend them to anyone who needs a caterer, or just a tall, cool glass of beer and apps! :)  p.s. Cheesecake- to die for!!!

This is my new favorite place between Snohomish and Monroe.

I wish the menu was a little bit larger or rotated out a little bit more, but what they have is always cooked to perfection. Definitely the best steak in the area that I have tried, too.

The real star, though, is the beer selection. They just have a TON of beers, including my favorites from Boundary Bay (which are hard to find in this area).

The ONLY downside is that they are literally always busy. So I find myself taking things to go a lot because I just don't want to wait in line to get a table. I expect it will be better in the summer when the patio is opened up, though.

Didnt think I could find a decent Ribeye outside of Bellevue or Seattle. Trails End knows what they are doing. Great food and an awesome beer selection. Keep doing what your doing.

We decided to try Trails End for a family date night after hearing great word-of-mouth reviews from several friends.  When we arrived, the place was packed, but we were seated within just a few minutes. The food was good and the beer selection was great, not to mention reasonably priced. We had appetizer, dinner and dessert, and were pleased with all three. The wait staff was prompt and personal, and owner Tyler made sure to stop by the table and say hello. It was a bit loud, but it's a relatively small restaurant, so that's to be expected, especially on a busy Friday night. We enjoyed it so much, we're actually heading there right now for lunch.

Met a buddy here to help him pass the time during a baby shower that his wife was attending upstairs--this is actually relevant to the experience, because catering and special events are a huge part of the business here. I wouldn't have known that otherwise.

This place used to be a bottle shop making a pretty sincere effort at being a craft beer mecca. They still offer a big selection of bottles, but they have greatly expanded their draft offerings and more than tripled the size of their dining room. It's a real restaurant now without a doubt.

Most of the building is still a big indoor soccer center, so when you show up, you might be fighting for parking with all the families at the game. This doesn't mean the restaurant is packed. The restaurant itself is actually quite nicely decorated; you don't get any sense at all that you're in an afterthought business. It's there to be a restaurant, not a coffee shop for the soccer center or anything like that. It's got pretty floors, furniture, exterior, and all the carpentry inside is attractive. There are fireplaces, and TVs in the bar.

The staff is young and bustling and super friendly. They're really nice. They know the menu well, and they give great service. We were here for lunch, and the menu is solid--a few apps, sandwiches, small pizzas. The dinner menu is evidently pretty ambitious. Our sandwiches were well made and satisfying.

They pour a couple dozen beers, most of them west coast, with a few europeans mixed in. They pour quite a few Washington beers, and they have a great relationship with Boundary Bay, always pouring good stuff from them.

Overall, these guys are really doing it right. You can come in for a beer, a light meal, or a real meal. Weekend dinners are packed out the door, but the rest of the schedule is pretty accessible, and you're fairly well assured of a good experience here. I'll definitely be back when I am in the area. They're clearly the best beer bar in Snohomish now.

I basically live here. Great beers, good food, good prices. Staff is very personable. Sit at the bar and order off their rad tap menu! 5 stars, no bull.

Yesterday we went to do a tasting for Trails End Catering for a wedding at Hidden Meadows. I have to say Tyler blew us out of the water. Tyler is a real person who knows that no matter what, it is all about the customer. Before attending the tasting, we were looking strongly at another venue but the family aspect of Tyler and his family's business threw us over the top (his brother Mick was great with knowledge and being real about their wedding venue).

The catering food was delicious. We had a sampling of a random assortment of their catering menu and had a hard time figuring out what would be best for our guests. Tyler helped us build a menu that would work with our price range and that still tasted amazing without breaking the bank.

Also above the restaurant they have a beautiful rehearsal dinner location. Tyler was kind enough to show us the location last minute.

Tyler is passionate about his business. He knows what it takes to run a great business let along a great catering company. Tyler is willing to come up with better game plans for his customers that may not be a "written" option. We have not yet booked our venue and catering but I will say after leaving Trails End we don't feel the need to look elsewhere.

This family really does care about their "customers" and I know if I were to book my wedding at their venue and use Trails End Catering that any little thing that might (and will) go wrong, they would help find a solution. They are not worried about the business they are worried about their customers. It's nice to feel like we can be pampered by our vendors on our wedding day.

This place might be the best nightlife in Snohomish this far.

They have a good beer and wine selection. The beer selection rotates about every week, including many local beers. Their ciders are great too.

Their food is very good (unassuming, given they're a bar foremost). The wood-fired pizza is particularly awesome, but every other entree I've tried is good.

Service has always been good. On maybe my third visit, I was already remembered: upon walking into the restaurant, one of the waiters pointed me to the people I was meeting there - without me even saying that I was meeting people there. He simply associated us together based on prior visits.

Overall, this is definitely the place that Snohomish has been waiting for - this is evidenced by the long lines at dinner time, and the business during non-peak hours. I hope they stay part of the community for a long time.

A great stop for food and drinks! They have a decent sized beer selection. I ordered the black and bleu pizza, which was excellent. The artichoke dip was also great. I went in on a Friday night, and there was about a 25 minute wait. They do let you order wine or beer while you wait, so that helps pass the time. It's pretty small, so while you are waiting it feels like you're in the way. It's also somewhat loud in there, but the food is totally worth it. The true down side is the lack of parking; we had to park on the street. Great eats though, and at a very reasonable price!

I travel alot. Unfortunately. As such I've discovered one of the best value priced restraurants is in my own backyard.

The staff makes you feel comfortable - as if you're an old friend.  The amosphere is casual/business casual.

Personally, my favorites are the homemade potato chips and a Rib Eye (or New York) w/ demi glaze and salad.  That runs about $26, add a couple of beers & a tip and I am out about $50, with the wife it's about $80 (she has the $10 spinach bacon salad or pizza).

Great beer selection. Don't expect dessert, it isn't offered.

Good place, we go there more often than we should.

We have tried Adam's in Monroe twice, and even though it is closer to home, won't go back. The Trail's End gets my money.

Excellent high-class food and an amazing beer list - all at very reasonable prices! I have been there a few times and liked everything so well that I chose them to cator our annual company holiday party. They definitely lived up to my expectations. Very professional, prompt, efficient, and delicious! I vote trail's end the best place to eat and the best catoring in Snohomish County.

Cheers to the Friendly staff!   I stopped by for a "late lunch" and was warmly greeted.  The beer selection was great, and the staff was very helpful, even provided a sample.  We split a pizza and a sandwich.  Pizza was simple, and very good!  Great crust and sauce. The sandwich was o.k. , I wouldn't order it again.  It was served with a teeny tiny side of underseasoned pasta salad.  ..but hey, those potato chips were great!!  I agree with other reviewers, add some more typical pub food!!  The place is warm, inviting, and very clean.  I'll be back!

The beer selection is great, it has more than enough HD TV's and the service is good so I'll be back I'm sure. On the downside, the menu has pizza and then goes upscale with steaks and such. It's kind of a conflict with the setting. I hope they add some burgers and typical bar food. The homade chips are great and the pizza's were really good. Maybe I'm getting old but it's really loud in there even when the place is half empty.

Definitely a needed addition to the local Snohomish scene.  The owner is energetic and very hands-on.  The service makes Freds look like an abandoned McDonalds.  Pizzas are small but well priced and pretty much made to order.  The fresh potato chips are yummy.  Good beer selection.
The place needs to focus less on the upscale cuisine and more on burger and pub foods.  Expect lots of locals.

Unique Beer / Wine Selection. Nice decor, plenty of TV's to watch sports and it was very clean.  A solid addition to Snohomish.    Servers are in learning mode...should put the draft list in everyone's hands at the table, how are we all supposed to order at the same time if we are trying to lean over the table to read off of one sheet?

My dinner was undercooked, I do not send food back to the kitchen for reheating, it's a personal choice.  It is my wish that my dinner be shared with those in my party simultaneously. I don't want to wait for my meal to go back to the kitchen simply to be re-served later.  I did bring the raw dish to the attention of the wait staff.  I was charged full price for the meal.

Customer service and building repeat clientele is learned as businesses grow.   Will try this place again in the Spring.

I joined my local Snohomish friends for a late night beer and we walked down to the Trails End with a growlet (mini growler) in hand.
This small town pub (formerly Snohomish Beer & Wine) is lively, friendly, has a great atmosphere, and has a great staff. Tyler, one of the owners, was there that night - having fun and working alongside his staff.
Trails End also has a great beer list and menu, which is important.
There are a number of permanent tap beers, and a rotating selection of seasonals. I got Anchor Porter on the recommendation of Jeff the barkeep. He was spot on, and the beer was perfect. What I like about him is he is willing to let you sample beers your on the fence about, but is quick to help you find what's right.  My friend got a pint of the Scotch Ale and also filled up his growlet for later.
The Garlic Bread was amazing. It doesn't need the marinara sauce, but it is there if you'd like it.

While they no longer have the growlets, they have great big growlers available so you can enjoy their fine beers from the warm comfort of your own home.
