I have been to Tre Monte a few times since it's opening.  It's one of my new favorites!  I love the pizza, its thin and cooked perfectly.  I've now tried most of the different pizzas on the menu.  I cant decide if the marguerita or the eggplant pizza is my favorite, they are just both so good! The spring rolls are also amazing! I had the buffalo chicken and chic parm. The service of the staff was great too, everyone is so nice and accommodating.  I'll probably go back this weekend for dinner and drinks. I cant wait to have another watermelon beer YUM!

Great new place for downtown Lowell! I came with a large group of people for dinner on a Sunday night. We sat at the bar until we were able to be seated and enjoyed the 'ice bar' they advertise. Nice little touch of originality in an area where dive bars with sticky counters are common. The drink menu had a decent variety and had not so typical beers on tap which was nice. I decided on a cucumber martini which I sipped on for over an hour (not skimpy on the gin!) We placed our order at the bar to speed up the wait time and were seated shortly after. Customer service was on par. We ordered 5 different pizzas and they were all nothing short of delicious. I also tried the steak and cheese egg rolls which were equally as good. The menu is limited to pizza and egg rolls but I am surely not complaining. I will definately come back as the ambiance is cool and causal and is a place you can visit in any attire or time of day. I hope it sticks around for a while...

We went for the first time to TreMonte last night. We live in downtown Lowell, and love taking advantage of the restaurants in walking distance.

I had the Meatball and Ricotta pizza - oh, my, goodness. GET IT. I can't even explain how good it was. A personal size was six small slices - I had enough for lunch the next day since my boyfriend and I had shared the caesar salad to start. He had the buffalo chicken tenders, which were freshly breaded and cooked - definitely not from a freezer.

I had a fruity cocktail that was delish (I can't remember the name) and he LOVED the craft beer selection. He ended up with a Dogfish Head brew that he enjoyed. The bar was pretty lively, but we had no problems hearing each other talk while sitting at a table.

Our waitress was friendly, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We loved how light it was on our wallets too - Fuse Bistro and Centro sometimes put a dent in that's hard to justify. I highly recommend checking TreMonte out... we definitely will be back soon!

This place is absolutely wonderful.  The atmosphere is sort of dressy casual; I felt comfortable in a sun dress, my husband felt fine in jeans.  The decor is clean and simple and the open kitchen is a nice touch.  They have an ice bar - as in, a section in the middle of the bar running the length of it that is filled with water and frozen.  Great way to keep your beer cold.

The drinks were great and when I asked for a substitution that wasn't available, the bartender suggested something else.  She then made it very clear that if I didn't like it, she'd fix it.  No need though, yum!

The pizza is exactly what you might hope for from a place like this - handmade, beautifully crispy, with fresh ingredients and hot from the oven.  My husband had pepperoni and caramelized onions.  It wasn't too greasy and the pepperoni had a rich, full flavor.  The onions were not overcooked - they still tasted like onions, just with the warm, sweet flavor they're supposed to have when caramelized. Lots of places cook them to death so they're a pile of mush.  Not so here.

I had the Neapolitan pizza.  The first thing I noticed was the savoriness of the sauce.  It wasn't overly sweet or cloying at all.  The generous amount of mozzarella was very fresh and the basil was nice and green with a subtle peppery flavor.  We both prefer our crusts a little more crisp than they were cooked, but we ask for that in other places, so I think it's a personal preference.

Service is a little weak, but I think that's to be expected given that they were completely packed on their first Saturday night.  I don't think it's enough to take off a star, although I'll update when I go back.  I'm not sure why anyone would go to a  restaurant (and review it) on opening night or in the first week and not expect a few bumps along the way.

Two cocktails, one soda, one appetizer and two pizzas ran about $45 before tip.  I think that's pretty average for a casual night out.  We will definitely be back.

Great new restaurant!! Loved the atmosphere, bar, food and thought the wait staff did a great job for being newly opened! My friend and I shared food because there was so much we wanted to try...LOVED the beer battered onion rings, got the egg roll sampler plate (my favs were the steak and cheese and the chicken parm ones...she liked the chicken stir fry best). I got the eggplant pizza (I'm picky about pizza crust) and it was yummy. The pesto alfredo sauce is addictive! Her bacon cheddar burger was so good...perfect size, taste, buttered bun!! Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and brought out at the right times! She had the watermelon beer and loved the fresh watermelon flavor (instead of the fake syrup flavor). I had the red sangria...I think I'll need a bigger glass! Even though we were full we decided to split a dessert (we were trying things so why not right?)...the apple tart with vanilla ice cream was perfect (I'm picky about those too). Apple desserts tend to either be too overcooked or undercooked and our tart was just right (having a Goldilocks moment). Talked with the owner Anthony after we ate to tell him how much we liked it...nice guy...appreciates the feedback he's given! Me and all my friends will definitely make this a routine go to place!

Opening night! Finally a chance to get a craft beer and a pizza. Wished we would have turned around and tried on another night when they said they were out of pizza. The beer selection is decent, always a good sign when they have something from Pretty Things on the menu. We had the egg rolls, wedge salad, chicken parm and a burger. The wedge salad was good, the egg rolls and the burger were OK. The chicken parm was mediocre at best. Wished I had a pizza, like the people that got one just as we were paying our bill! : ()
