Also, if you're adventurous, get a group together an order a Shotski (see my pics).  I think they're like $50 or $60 but it's a great vacation memory and photo opp.

So after the some of theeee worst skiing or snowboarding conditions on 11/20/11 anyone can ask for, Tusks Bar at Main Lodge was where I spent most of the day.

I had more drinks at Tusks bar than I had runs on the slopes that weekend.

There's a fireplace, TV for sports, food is near by and most importantly a full bar.

If you're not on the mountain, you'll be at Tusks.

Major plus about being at Tusks is that you get to see everyone without their goggles and beanies on.  

And when I say everyone, I mean the snow bunnies.

This place is cozy and crowded and lovely to relax at if you want to take a break or if you just want to snow bunny up and get wasted for the day by the fire... if you have a fat wallet.

Drinks are expensive, as one would assume.. $9 for a mediocre Bloody Mary (and they brag about them being good). I also tried the Peach Cobbler, an Irish Cocoa, and a Spiked Cider.. all for $9 and the Peach Cobbler was by far my favorite. Peach Schnapps, Vanilla Vodka, and cider served warm. Mmm, I want one now!

Even though I never made it off the couch, I heard that drinks at the Canyon lodge and at McCoy are much less expensive. Weird.
