Sat night bike night with thousands of bikers roaming the streets in need of a beer & some seafood. We honestly picked this place because it had seating. It was a wild scene with bikers all over, my kind of place. We asked a waitron if we would get waited on if we actually want to sit and eat. We were told pick a seat and we got a table in the middle of the very crowded area outside opposite the bar. Â We are immediately waited on and asked for menus. "They are on the table" On the table were little cards with the bike night menu. We ordered a couple of beers and looked at the menu, only seafood on the special menu was fried shrimp. I believe only 5 items on the menu, let's see it's a seafood place going by the name and there is a live lobster tank on the patio. Yet can't get any fresh seafood. We played it safe and ordered 2 cheeseburgers, I said can you put some lettuce, tomato & onion on mine. "Oh yes they come with everything on them." About 5 minutes later she returned with 2 cheeseburger laying on top of some Fry's in a way to small plastic basket. There was 1 leaf of lettuce and 1 ring of onion on mine no tomato. I like my burgers medium and we were not asked how we wanted them cooked. My burger was med rare, but tasted pretty good. The Fry's were ok.
Not at all what I am looking for when I go to a seafood place.
We will go to many more bike nights in Cape Coral and won't get fooled again by the Twisted Conch!
