Paradise Tiki Hut Bar & Grill

Been here twice.  I really only come here if there is entertainment that I like.  This place gets CRAZY packed when certain bands are playing!   The bar itself is pretty nice, but the outdoor area is lacking.  The first time I was here, we had to sit in the parking lot it was so crowded.   Drinks are good, and appetizers too.  I would certainly come back if there was an band or event I wanted to see, but there are other places I'd pick first  to eat just regular dinner.  Good for lunch though!

The Tiki Hut is an outdoor bar in a hotel that has seen better days. (The hotel is in the process of renovation.) The bar is known for its specialty bands that draw distinctly different crowds. For example, Sunday afternoons 4-6 they host an a capella male band called the Del Prados who sing 1950s and 1960s standards. The place is packed with 60-, 70- and 80-year-olds. On other nights, they host rock bands or biker night to appeal to a younger audience. Stick with beer or simple mixed drinks during crowded times. I've never ordered the food, but the kitchen churns out burgers and fried appetizers.

Open air bar with cheap beer and a cool atmosphere.  The "resort" it is attached to looked a little "interesting."
