An unfortunate accident where a waiter dropped a glass of chianti on our table, spilling broken glass and wine over my wife, purse, leather jacket and brand new crocheted white sweater  occurred before we could order. We were told the manager was too busy to talk to us, and when we finally did get her attention, her only interest was to insult us by minimizing the ruined (brand new that day) sweater, telling my wife that she should not mind a little wine on her clothes. We left. Sweater cost 119.00 at Chicos. Loss of our business and the business of our family (large) will run in the many thousands for restaurant.  This seems like very poor management, and I would be wary of this business. If they handle this small problem so poorly - what else are they doing badly?

Had a 5:00 PM DInner reservation on Valentines Day for 4.   Our orders, all for a pasta type dish were taken on a timely basis, but we waited so long for our salad we were sure it would come with our dinner. We noticed that customers arriving after us were enjoying their meal.   Finally after several inquiries as to when our dinners would  be served, our waitress informed us that they were "busy.". Finally at 6:20 our dinners arrived.  While our waitress was pleasant, she was very busy socializing with other patrons causing us to wonder if she was the problem or the kitchen.

    Wont eat here again.

I tried this place for the first time when I took one of my friends to lunch here a couple of weeks ago.

My friend asked for some bread before we decided what we wanted to eat and the waitress began stating that we would be charged for it because it wasnt free. I sat there silent and offended at the thought of the waitress thinking we went there not expecting to pay.

I wanted an Italian Sandwich. I never had such a hard time trying to understand how this was served. I'd ask if it was toasted and she said yes, so I asked for it non toasted. It came out toasted, with potato chips and my dill pickle was missing.

I spent $8 on that stupid thing and I didnt even get my damned pickle. Not to mention I got some budget style potato chips to boot. The sandwich was delicious but not enough to keep me happy. BTW, a traditional Italian Sub is served with freshly cut Capicolla, Salami, Pepperoni and provolone cheese. Mine was served with ham which tasted as if it was purchased at Wal Mart, TURKEY and salami. Really?? And they claim to be authentic as the fresh roses they place on the tables.

    Please.

For an Italian restaurant, I found multiple misspelling of traditional Italian words. Another blow to us Italian-Americans.

Needless to say the waitress didnt get much of a tip. She earned it. Just like the restaurant earned this great recommendation.
