The menu described the food as unique, fresh, and tasty but the food was very bland and unremarkable. Â It's almost like processed gourmet/organic food. For example, the chicken on the shwarma sandwich was yellow/orange implying it had spices on it but it was more like salty yellow food coloring. It's just NOT worth the high price. I personally think the cafeterias in the outpatient pavilion and TCH have better food and better value.
Review Source:So, I was early for an interview, had some time to pass and was hungry so I ate here. I really like the look of their menu as a lot of the stuff looks really tasty. I had the Colorado A.L.T. minus the onion and it was pretty good. The kale was a little overpowering, but I still enjoyed it. I also really liked that I could get quinoa as a side.
The problem is, it's just too expensive. That sandwich was $8. At the cafeteria at the last university medical center I worked at I could get a whole meal for $4. If the cafeteria prices are anything close to that here, I know where I'll be going. Udi's could be an occasional treat, but that's it.
