Solid food, solid booze, solid sports, solid solid all around!
Upper 90's a great option if you're near Turner Hall, the Bradley Center, the US Cell, the Historical Society... basically, if you're downtown for a thing and you'd like to eat a food or drink a drink, Upper 90's a good, safe, sound bet.
To expound:
-They have beer, and not just your typical sports bar domestic selection. They've got a little beer cabinet/cellar with great craft and import options!
-They have SPROTS on the TEEVEEs! Packers, Brewers, Bucks when they're on, always, and they also show all Marquette men's away basketball games, too.
-They have food, and not just your typical cheese curds and burgers, either: alligator bites and MKE's largest pretzel accompany entreés like tenderloin or pasta dishes.
Parking can be tricky in this part of town, so buyer beware. (You probably already knew that though... )
Long story short: Upper 90's a solid sports bar with above average food. I'm a fan, and if I'm in the area, it's definitely high-up on the list of go-tos. Way to go, U90!
Upper 90 is a great place to hang with friends! Â Always good stuff on TV, great beers & drinks specials not to mention the food is outstanding! Â They just signed up for Belly which means a free customer loyalty program & you get fantastic rewards for being loyal......100 points (20 visits) gets you a free quarter barrel party! Â If you haven't checked this place out you gotta go!
Review Source:My wife and I ate here when attending an event at US Cellular and after seeing a Deal offer on Yelp. Â We were impressed with the food, drink selection & staff. Â I thoroughly enjoyed my Taz burger (Cheddar & Bacon-stuffed burger), and the wife enjoyed the Black and Blue NY Strip sandwich.
The place didn't look like much from the outside, but inside there is a lot of space and numerous TVs to watch football, futbol, or baseball. Â We'll definitely be back when we're around US Cellular or the Bradley Center!
