  4 dollar Golden Road IPA on tap. 50 cents to play a game of pool. Old, funny bartener who has one liners for days. Priceless.

  This place is super cool, I don't even know what the hours are. It's almost like one of those movie bars where you go in have a drink chat it up with the owner and the next day it's like there was never a bar open here.
  
  The sign by the bar is hilarious as well!!! Very cool old dude from down under who is a regular there told us "see you tomorrow" haha!
  
  And when asking what the bartender has to drink on tap his response "BEER".

  This place is a bare bones beer bar.  There is nothing fancy about this place.  It's cash only and they only serve beer and a red or a white wine, but I really like this place.  There weren't that many people in there when I went, but it didn't matter.  It is what you make of it.  The owner Bob, is this old Biker dude, who sits behind the bar and serves you.  He's had the place over 20 years and he's interesting to talk to.  There are a couple TVs there, and chances are they might be playing reruns of Two and Half Men since he really likes that show.  Bob is cool.  If you're looking for a no-nonsense play to chill and have a beer stop in and support this local joint.  It'd be cool for this place to develop more of a following.

  We stopped in for a beer after a bicycle ride and The Village Pub was just the ticket.
  
  Sure, it is a little dive bar.  But they have a good selection of draft beer and the bartender (owner?) Bob was cool.
  
  Our ladies did draw the eye of the local barflys !
